The streets of Essex are more than used to voices being raised and insults being traded.
And last night was no different as the season premiere of the sixth series of The Only Way Is Essex saw some harsh words being exchanged when Sam Faiers and Joey Essex had a huge row with Mario Falcone and Lucy Mecklenburgh.
Things kicked off when Mario and Lucy both accused Sam of cheating on her boyfriend Joey.
Big bust up: Lucy Mecklenburgh and Mario Falcone enjoyed an almighty row with Joey Essex and Sam Faiers at their engagement party tonight which ended with Mario accusing Sam of cheating on Joey
It all began when Lucy and Mario decided to ask Sam and Joey, who hadn't originally been invited to their engagement party, into the event after spotting Sam waiting for Arg and Gemma outside the venue.
But the olive branch was soon snapped when Sam brought up that there was 'proof' Mario had been flirting and messaging other girls.
Bride-to-be Lucy was stunned that Sam had mentioned the concerns she had discussed with her friend about her man and told her: 'That was three months ago, why would you bring that up?'
She then added: 'You are completely ruining it [the party].'

Is anyone faithful? While Sam claimed there was proof Mario had been speaking to other girls Mario said he had heard rumours about both Joey and Sam cheating on each other
Mario waded in on the argument by telling Joey and Sam that he had heard plenty of rumours about them.
He ranted: 'I heard things about you in Ibiza,' to Joey before turning to Sam and saying: 'And I heard things about you in Vegas'.
Mario also claimed to have seen pictures of Sam during a night out at Faces which left her fuming.

She raged: 'You are chatting s***.'
While Joey began insulting Mario and Lucy, the newly-engaged pair decided to call time on the row and head back into the party.
As Joey branded Lucy and Mario 'a pair of Capri-suns', Mario turned to Lucy and told her he would get the incriminating pictures of Sam before adding 'I'll bring those two down'.

Meanwhile, aswell as Lucy and Sam not being on the same page with their friendship it came to light during last night's episode that two other TOWIE cast members are also suffering from differing opinions.
Gemma Collins told Sam and Billie she thought of herself and boyfriend Arg as the new 'Posh and Becks' while Arg described her as Vanessa Feltz.
While Gemma laughed off the insensitive comments at first she soon welled up during dinner with Sam and Joey. She told Arg: 'Vanessa Feltz is out of order - she's not even funny.'
Also in the show Lydia Bright opened up to best pal Lucy about her new relationship with Tom Kilbey, admitting he has got rid of the 'trust issues' she had from four years of dating co-star James 'Arg' Argent.

'He is so amazing, Luce.' Lydia gushed. 'He is just romantic and puts so much thought into everything. Luce he is literally like perfect, and I love him and he is so, like, beautiful.
'He obviously knew I had quite a lot of trust issues from my previous relationship. And before I could have any issues he banished all possibilities.'
And it would appear Tom has gone down a storm with Lydia's eccentric mum, Debbie, too.
'I just absolutely adore him he is just lovely,' she said.
